Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • Current Colorado OT license

  • 5+ years clinical experience (home health required)

  • 2+ years mentoring students or junior therapists

  • Advanced certifications (e.g., LSVT, NDT, dementia specialist) preferred

  • Medicare/Home Health OASIS documentation mastery

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Mentor 3-4 OTs through:

    • Biweekly case conferences

    • Joint visits with competency assessments

    • Field training for new hires

  • Develop quarterly clinical education modules

  • Represent OT in quality improvement meetings
