Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
Current Colorado OT license
5+ years clinical experience (home health required)
2+ years mentoring students or junior therapists
Advanced certifications (e.g., LSVT, NDT, dementia specialist) preferred
Medicare/Home Health OASIS documentation mastery
Your Specialized Expertise:
✔ Advanced ADL adaptation strategies

Clinical Practice (Primary):
Manage a specialized caseload (15-18 visits/week) focusing on:
Post-CVA functional recovery
Progressive condition management (MS, Parkinson's)
High-level adaptive equipment cases
Behavioral approaches for dementia patients
Leadership Responsibilities:
Mentor 3-4 OTs through:
Biweekly case conferences
Joint visits with competency assessments
Field training for new hires
Develop quarterly clinical education modules
Represent OT in quality improvement meetings
Compensation & Growth:
$95,000-$125,000/year (experience-dependent)
$7,500 Sign-On Package (bonus + CEU stipend)
$4,000 Annual CEU Budget + certification reimbursement
